Paper City Neighborhood Watch is focused exclusively on Parchment, Michigan, because it was created to serve this specific city and its residents. Our efforts are tailored to the safety concerns, crime trends, and neighborhood dynamics within the city limits of Parchment—not surrounding townships or communities.

Here’s why we stay focused on Parchment:

  • Local Law Enforcement Jurisdiction: The Kalamazoo Township Police Department is contracted to provide police services specifically for the City of Parchment. Neighboring communities fall under different jurisdictions, such as the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office or Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety which have their own protocols and priorities.
